在Doors的License中有这么一句：DAEMON telelogic C:/win/telelogic/flex/archflex
察看license启动日志，发觉系统会启动一个叫telelogic.exe的进程，当你更替新的license的时候，重新启动license服务，会报错，错误内容如下：
FLEXnet Licensing error:-97,121

Users of Telelogic_Support: Cannot get users of Telelogic_Support: No such feature exists.

察看license日志，发现里面报错为不能启动多个telelogic.exe,所以进入任务管理器，杀掉已经存在的telelogic.exe进程，然后重新启动license服务，一切搞定。
